I've got 3 veteran defensemen on the block making in the $3-4 million range and I'd like to move one of them, maybe two. I've got a glut of defensemen...I'm playing 7 in my lineup plus I have one of my bench and I've got Bryce Salvador on IR. I'm short on forwards. I'd like a forward in return of similar value to one of these defensemen as well as similar to salary because I'm currently just a shade above the salary floor...less than $200K. This isn't something I have to do...just curious to see if anyone needs a defenseman and has some forwards to spare. I'm leaving for the day but if you'd like to swing a deal before Monday's deadline, drop me a line...I'll get back with you later tonight or tomorrow.
