I took a team with literally nothing and that was in a far, far worse position than the one you are currently in and turned it into a playoff contender.

Not sure if this is the place for the discussion but I'd actually say Dallas has become one of the better rebuilding teams, has definitely passed a few others IMO, though Arian is also building something nice.
