It should be fine in the long run. New York AG just trying to make a name for himself. No idea why this is such a big issue. If you make $600 or more, you get the tax form and are reported, so the US Government is getting their share. There will be a lull as all this shit happens and it will simply end up being regulated across the US.

Took down a $10 110 person NBA tourny on Draftpot last night for $240. Up another $530 over the last two days.

Draftpot has been my favourite site by far this season, besides the normal games the no cap games they offer are a lot of fun. I've made $1600 on there since I started on Oct 23.

DraftFury sucks though, 0 luck on that one.

They're appealing again, DK is still active here. FanDuel stopped voluntarily when they were originally served, DK is operating as usual until they legally can't.

I stopped a few weeks ago anyway and focus on straight bets now offline. Tax free
