This is where Lee is correct...as I mentioned, the way Tyler entered the birthdate...his spreadsheet shows him as 26 when he should be 27 and he would've had to clear waivers since he was assigned to the minors at roster submission.

For all intents, Tikhonov is Tyler's player...he was in his roster submission post, on Google and on his Fantrax page. His error was with data entry (birthdates).

He doesn't belong to you. Tyler owns his rights but something will happen with him because of his "false exempt" status on his spreadsheet.

It's too late to put Tik on waivers IMO. Will would have likely claimed him and is now near the bottom of the order.

Dunno about that. Will needed a backup goalie, and sceviour probably would have been as good a player or better. In fact, tyler prob woul have put tikhonov on waivers too, as that is what he did with sceviour rather than try and trade him. He could have gotten at least a 2nd for sceviour.
