The waiver eligibility rule changes, is going to have a huge impact on this upcoming season. I suspect some teams will get some pretty sweet players by waiver claims.

Only change was lowering age to 27 and there are almost no good players that haven't played 120 games by the time they are 27.

only, age was lowered to 26, not 27.
