There is no official rule posted in the RULES Thread, therfore it's legit.. i find this rule interesting though:

1) Each team is required to have 41 goalie games played.
Fine: 1st round draft pick 1.1) If your 'starter' is placed on the long term disability and you are unable to find a replacement special considerations can be made.
Rule 1.1) Global Admins will use judgement

the only things i remember are Mike making a post against conditions over the # of games played and others asking for "future considerations" to be specified. That's it, and in the rules i could not even find evidences about those 2 specific things.

Agreed, those are two rulings I remember however until they are posted in the OFFICAL RULES thread we can not police it because frankly that wouldn't be fair to GM's.

PS - I will get on adding those two conditions to the rulebook right now.

It was discussed in the CC back when the issue was fresh. The choice was made but the rulebook wasn't updated that is all.
