You guys on the west coast get some hurricane equivalent storms rolling in too. Just not as frequent as the East as we have weather patterns form the West as well as the South converging on us. Makes for interesting weather. They always say if you don't like the weather wait an hour... I remember a couple of winters ago we had a temperature swing from -10 to +19 to - 38 all in a 30 hour period. talk about nuts...
