After the past days events it was quite evident that a proper league structure must be put in place and proper protocol MUST be followed. Scott, Mike and myself have been talking for the past little while and have come up with the following:

If a GM has a question/concern they are more then welcome to discuss it in the General Discussion as this is what the forum is for, however, if they want action or a definate answer they are to send a PM to a member of the Admin team AND the Head of the CC. (The Head of the CC is a new position more to come...). If the PM is something simple like a cbs change or a general question we will respond quickly with an answer. If it is more detailed question or concern the Head of the CC will bring it the CC fourms where he will discuss it with his team with the help of the admin team to get a proper decision. This will allow everything to flow nicely and eliminate any rash/quick judged desicions from being made.

Now let me introduce the teams:

The final member of the CC will be choosen by Kyle, someone who he can count on to assist the CC throughout the year, someone who he knows will be level-headed and able to help out effectively.

I just want to add.. this is what I was trying to do from the beginning I just handled it wrong, acted too quickly and want to publicly apologize to everyone who was offended, left in the dark, made think I was being "power hungry" (that's 100% not my intention), and especially apologize to all for me acting like a jerk and threatening to quit. My intention was not to leave everyone in the dark or to take their voices anyway but my intentions were to install a procedure (the one we all see) to voice things, maintain fun around here, stop the pissing matches that seemed to happen more frequently, and have decision made quicker, better, and with more dedication. This system will allow everyone to have a say, an answer, and a way to talk about things even if they're uncomfortable doing so publicly.

Anyway, I pride myself on the work I do for the league, I will continue to do this, and I fully hope this will work for everyone in the league. If anyone has any concerns or things they'd like to say to me, please.. I'm usually on msn or you can always PM me.

Here Here. Well done. I knew things would be ok. The great minds came together. But talk about a pressure situation for me to decide. lol I will poll some people i feel to be very independent and unbiased in there views and have shown a high level of activity and dedication to the league.
