2014 Draft Discussion - Now an 8 hour window

Would also like a date set in place moving forward so we don't have to have this discussion every year.

I share this concept on most matters and hopefully we will get there when it comes to this, along with most rules.
But speaking of this year draft date, since there were concerns about how such an early date could affect the BBKL draft execution and experience, we will see how this draft goes first.

Additionally, bbkl-free players born in 1993 that have not played in N.A. when 18,19 or 20yrs old are eligible as well

obviously doesn't take international play into consideration.
e.g. if a 93 born player played in north america at the WJC as a 18yrs old, that won't affect his eligibility.

that's really just embarrassing more than anything.

it'll probably motivate him to start training more seriously. the ability to do a pullup doesn't mean shit to hockey but in terms of general fitness/athletic ability - he really should be able to do ONE.
