How many warnings should we give a guy who misses roster submissions, has to be told to get under the cap for the season, nick has to message him to come online constantly (I assume this part).

Aidan is non-existent on these boards.

i honestly dont think aidans active enuff cuz he does the bare minimum or less most of the time. I know alotta ppl moan and bitched about his lack of presence vocally and ive rly never said anything. Im sure he appreciates mike always stepping in for him with comments like "no wonder why new ppl wont wanna stay/be active with constant bitching" i mean mikes a standup guy i like that too but after holding in my tongue for long enuff if bcools want to come back i think he shud take colorado if a consensus vote passes (MUST also be unanimous as aidan technically didnt break any rules warrant a kick). With all due respect to aidan and mike, i think we have somewhat of a say in an impersonal manner.

But come on... We hardly know aidan at all he doent engage in discussions, post much opinion, and quite frankly, i picture time to time if its mike probably constantly on aidans ass to submit his lineup/meet certain bbkl duties /deadline all the time via text or something. Its not necessary to be a cerebral part of the community (it helps) but i just think aidan as a guy who had to fill in cuz of neels sudden departure and from then on has been nothing more than a band-aid acting gm. Bcool quit cuz he got bz and stopped being f active too so he has that on him but if he now has more free time to be somewhat more active again i think its obvious bbkl in majority would prefer him over aidan. My 2 cents

I support a warning for Aidan, and if he doesn't increase his activity I will support the removal vote when the appropriate number of warnings have been issued.

Missing one submission over 3-4 year tenures for those GMs like Billy, Kareem and Anton is one thing. I'd back those guys up even if they missed 2-3 more. Aidan has literally needed someone to hold his hand throughout. Very different IMO.

I agree that there should be protocol and GMs should not be ejected on a whim. So I'll leave it to you and the CC to manage that as you guys always do a great job. I just think it will happen eventually anyways.
