I have nothing short of wanting to express extreme happiness for my own BBKL team as a result of the recent EDM/CGY deal that moved Smid to CGY

Larsen and Fedun actually secured EDM's D-core permanently it looks like (they dont even have a 7th d-man option LOL), with Larsen playing the best hockey ever out of all EDM players, ANNND my goalies might ACTUALLY BE ABLE TO WIN GAMES with Smid's huge presence to shut the opposition down late game LOL

Also, the fact that Brossoit was moved to EDM indicates Feaster wants to roll with Berra/Ramo for the foreseeable future!

Jon Gillies is better for sure, but he's further away while Brossoit is on ECHL stint after a rough go at the AHL level. He so far posted 2 shut outs in 3 games started there LOL

Elliotte Friedman: LAK just keeps coming at VAN in waves and they grind in a way that Vancouver can't keep up with them. Los Angeles is the one team that Vancouver seems to constantly have difficulty with because of this.

Glen Healy: I disagree completely. If you look at Vancouver's draft record, of their last 26 draft picks, they've drafted 9 from the OHL, much higher than before Gillis took over.
