No no.. you can have a max of 50 contracts... not a minimum of 50.

ya, I currently have 12 or 13 guys without a contract...so is the max without conrtract 10 or could I have 48 with contract + 12 without = 60

You are safe.. What scott means is you can't go with more than 50 guys signed

Total roster spot: 60
Max no. of contracts you can have: 50
Max no. of players not signed: Unlimited (given you have enough guys playing..)
Min no. of contracts you must have: 23
Min no. of players not signed: 0
