LESS than a BEER at the ACC.

Also on family days etc. kids can meet the players post-game.


I think we get shafted a lot like this in Toronto I was talking to one of my friends who has lived in the D.C. area his whole life and been a caps fan. He said when Ovechkin first showed up, him, Kozlov, Federov and Semin would always be at the same bar on weekends in a booth at the back. Anyone was allowed to come up to them, get autographs and talk to them etc. He even had a few drinks with them a couple times.

Well to be fair, there are various bars around Vancouver where some Canucks are regulars, and they are typically really friendly, especially if your bring a hot girl to join their table.

But that's part of out culture, we frigging love the sport and make super-stars out of the players.
