NEW GM TRADING RULE:
A new GM must wait a full 14 days upon entry to the league to make any sort of trade. Talks may be used in this two week period, however, NO TRADE will be made until their two week probation is up. This means absoultley NO POSTING of any pending deals with other GM's at all.
A post will be made by either myself, Scott or Mike letting the new gm along with the rest of the league know when his two weeks are up.
