K, this may gross a few of you out and i'm sorry but i have to share my pain. I blew my ass out on the weekend! Literally. I had a giant shit coming that was full of peanuts and it was as wide as it was long and i pushed too hard and actually ripped my ass. I'm not lyeing. So now when i have to have a bowel movement it is the worst possible pain i could ever imagine. I sit on the toilet and scream at the top of my lungs. Literally feels like i am passing a 6 sided razor blade. Moral of the story is never try and rush a shit. You never know what may be on the way out. Be careful out there. The results of not following this rule could be quite painful, trust me. <---- This is my face on the toilet.
