Just a little note:
The typical two-week-new-GM trade freeze will not be implemented in it's normal sense. Because of a) COL team constraints and issues & b) the shortened season; Therefor during the first two week, trades that work towards a solution and are supported by Adian's primary (Mike) advisor AND signed off by a second advisor (Anton). Will be allowed, once the issue is addressed this clause will no longer apply, and our new-GM-implimentation rules will be followed.

He has a trade freeze for 95% of the situations.
and for the other 5% it takes two VERY proven and senior GMs to sign off, from different conferences, and supportive of the leagues best interest. Hell the 3 of them might not be able to agree on trade offers (not involved either of the advisors).

Thanks for this guys! I have and will continue to look over previous trades, and appreciate the support from Mike and Anton in that regard.
