A tough division is good though. At least when you make it to the playoffs you know you deserve to be there and have just as good of a shot as the next guy. That is if you dont take into consideration the H2H fluke factor...lol

IMO there are 100% flukes.
Just having players in a game where a brawl breaks out and multiple 17minute penalties are assed is a lucky bounce.
Or having your normal stellar goalie get pulled or take a freebie game off.
One of the worst things is having notably different gp during a given week.
Some scrubs on the other team all get their G/A in the same week.
Injuries, suspensions, slumps...
If any of these events occur together you can get really fucked
