Trading of Future Picks - Resolution

Effective IMMEDIATELY:
Picks CANNOT be Traded further in advance than 2 years (2009-2010 season - 2012 no further)

Meaning this off season no more 2013 picks will be dealt.
At the start of the next season (October) we can begin dealing 2013 picks again, but no 2014 picks etc.

This rule is not retroactive, no past deals will be undone.

Should it not really be once the 2011 draft ends, than 2013 picks can be dealt?
