They are always bad. Overalls mean nothing. It's not like it's an average of a stat. Things are weighted differently.

For instance, in NHL 12, moving up 5pts in Poise could improve your overall 3pts. The individual stats are what matter, not the overalls.

yea, thats true but still ... how can Lombardi possibly be rated the same as Grabovski? the only thing he has over him is speed, and even then, Grabo is pretty quick

ah "poise" the most important of all attributes that is essentially a mega-modifier. Such a clutch stat, always plays 110% and plays with the most heart.

Id wager Vermette wll be adjusted with the first patch. Everyone knows Vermette is much better than a career AHLer like most 73s are...

Although some are laughable, I love that a lot of the players are rated low. In the past all the players have been too similar, it is nice to see a gap from lower/mid/high tier players. Just my opinion anyways.

i'm having second thoughts about purchasing this game if there's a lockout.. i wouldn't be as amped to play it and madden, nba and fifa are all released close to it.

I guess if you get into Madden, Fifa and NBA it's a different story..

i used to play nhl games with the leafs team.. now i think if i play again.. im gonna make my same lineup and use the minny to bully other teams...

i get into nba and fifa a lot and i also get into madden too much for my own good. NHL is always a great game but it starts to get boring for me after december or january. It'll be a tough decision for me whether to pick it up or not.

no need.. i think with the level World ALL-STAR mother fucker difficult .. my shot will still go in from centre ice or bounce in like the one into ToskaLOLOLOLMAOROFLLLL
