Tony wroteCOLONWelp, that's it for me this year. DONE with the playoffs.

The only team I have any interest in watching whatsoever is Philly, and if they play Florida or New Jersey - I'll pass.

Blues - Coyotes - Predators - Kings:

Capitals - Panthers/Devils - Rangers/Senators:

Fuck this year ...
Really?

I will love watching Blues vs. Kings and Coyotes vs. Predators. Along with whoever the Caps and Flyers play. Going to be awesome.

A lot of good match ups ahead. Glad to see some upsets, looks like a cup thirsty team is going to win it this year. Fingers crossed for the Sens/Rangers game.

Caps/Flyers and Blues/Preds

My hopes for the Conference Finals (Assuming Caps/Flyers don't meet in Round 2)

I'd like to see Kings vs Preds & Caps vs Flyers

pre-season call of Kings vs Flyers final :)

However my gut currently says Preds all the way.

Holtby is a young goalie that will be a star but he also has the cockiness to roll with it. I wasn't even that mad last night. The whole series in hindsight was pretty damn boring. Lucic is a lazy bum. All i could see out of him was the golf ball twinkling in his eye.

TBH, and not trying to rub salt in the wound or anything, but if I was a Bruins fan I'd be fucking pissed. The players you rely on for offense were nonexistent the entire series.

I should be but im not to bad. I kind of expected it going into game 7. Just had that feeling that the magic just wasnt there. Something you hope you are wrong in feeling. But you are 100% right Shep. Lucic, Krejci, Corvo, Ference, Marchand...etc.. were invisible. Bergeron getting injured, Thomas having up and down play, No Horton or McQuaid, Thornton getting benched. The whole thing is a big disaster. The special teams coach should be embarrassed. They didnt deserve to move on and the better team did. Even if they got lucky and squeaked by WAS, they would get bounced next round with that effort. The 2 guys that upset me the most was Lucic and Krejci. Lucic was lazy and weak. Watching him without the puck hurt my eyes.

C'mon now, Marchand was far from invisible, and since when Ference is expected to be a difference maker?

I'll agree with you on one thing though, the Caps clearly wanted it more.
I guess that has something to do with what happened last season.. ;)

Obviously you haven't watched these teams as much as I have this year. Defensive team v. Defensive team. Oh boy! I can hardly wait!!!

Phoenix and St.Louis are BY FAR the worst teams to watch in the league ...

The St. Louis series was my favourite of the entire first round, by a mile.

Sorry his 2 point contribution should have excelled the Bruins to the next level when he was the teams hero last season. A good defensemen is one who does not get his name mentioned. If that is the case they are doing there job. He has been rock solid all year and was a liability along with most of the defenseman for the Bruins...

he still was the most consistently dangerous Bruin in the games i catched. The fact it didn't traslated in goals doens't make him invisible...
