I don't like this at all for Billy, Hossa is far and away the best player in this deal, and Giordano is not as valuable as he used to be with Wideman in Calgary. Not to mention that Michalek is a walking injury bug.

Btw not trolling - news came out today that Michalek suffered a setback. Didn't know this Billy - news came out today.

I'm actually not trolling about Hossa, they said it was very possible that Hossa would be bought out either this summer or next to ensure they wern't stuck with his cap hit after he retires.

his current contract is set to run until hossa is 42, so i would imagine if they do buy him out it will be next summer. I'll try and find the link....i believe i read it on sportsnet this morning.

as for Michalek, i own him in my other league and read he was probably going to require yet another surgery even before he came back.

forget who it was that told me about Milan but they said they got it off HF boards so I didn't take it to heart. On top of that he played the next two games. Guess those fans knew something lol.

I always wondered why we are allowed to trade injured players in bbkl. Pretty sure you cant in nhl and parity is our main goal.
