On a different note, Nick's team is approaching unbeatable status after adding Hossa and Oshie to his wingers without losing his top 4 Cs.

Buying Kostka = terrible idea.
However, Oshie is the most overrated BBKLer by a country mile, so that'll make this deal seem great for Nick.
Oshie has missed 25+ games in 2 of his first 4 seasons.
For now, Bozak is the #1 C on Toronto. C>W.
Hits, G, A, BS, PTS, STPTS are comparable.
Bozak wins FOW
Oshie wins +/-, SHTOI, SOG, PIM
Cliff adds a 1st and a 'current' 25+ minute dman (won't last).
I see no issues.

Oshie is the most overrated player in BBKL just ask facey lol.
But yea no matter how you try to justify this, well you just can't. Very one sided deal here. I think every offer in the Oshie trade thread was better than this one. but hey who cares as long as cliff is happy then its no big deal

Oshie is the most over-rated BbKler, I did not accept this offer at first, nor for the first 4 hours. Cliff talked me into it during pre-skate.
Losing Bozak sucks, guy is perhaps one of the most under-rated BBKLers and a good leaf.

what i fear is the future of the pieces cliff got
what shep said about kostka is true. i wouldnt ever pay premium price for him. hes a tryout dummy. wont be long before gardiner takes over.
bozak, god forbid if and when the leafs actually bring in a #1 centre, his future is nothing more than a cheking line centre whether he stays in TO or most anywhere else he'd be traded to.
