Tyler Bozak - but time to stop the lowballs (C required in offer who also wins draws).
Mike Kostka - price is much lower than his play
Shea Weber - 2:1 is a given
Colin Wilson - needs to be similar upside & opportunity, or more established
Zack Bogosian - return is imminent, price is high

you have an unbelievable ability to inspire people not to submit offers lol. This is the least motivating block I have ever read despite having quality on there.
Lets have some optimism next time or at least make it sound upbeat.
