If you don't trade your whole team for prospects, then you don't need to make deals like this (thus losing value) to meet GP requirements.

edit: what Josh said.. This is exactly how a team taken over by a new gm starts to deteriorate... mind u its one deal but this is how it starts esp if those prospects don't start panning out. This is why I like my hybrid rebuild approach.
