Spezza is by far the healthier and more offensive. Koivu plays the PK more.....i really fail to see how this deal isn't fair?

Actually their health is very close if you look at the percentage of GP over their careers. Spezza is better offensively but Mikko is good for ~60 points to be conservative over a full season and brings better periphs. In real life I grab Spezza every time, but BBKL wise its very close between the two, and certainly close enough to justify a 1-1 deal. This isn't rape but Kareem gets a few free assets essentially.

Yeah, Killorn is a pretty good prospect. Nothing special, but he has a good two way game, and skill. He projects as Tampa Bay's future third line center, perhaps as early as this season.
