If you're referring to "those" who put their own name + fave number on jersey, yes there are black and white usually in terms of opinions on it, a lot of people are totally against it, and some who are into it, but it's still better than putting jose bautista's twitter handle and #19 on a back of their jays jersey (in which guys at fan590 ripped the fuck out of)

I would never put my own name on a Leafs Jersey but that's just a personal preference.

With that being said, I would rather my own name be on the back than some of the stupid "funny" jerseys you see around.
