Oh I dunno, as far as I knew I thought he was still like a fringe NHL level prospect who got the occasional call ups throughout last season... i didn't think he was that special

small sample size but yah i like him.. more like his sample size in the ahl looked more like it in the nhl.. but i need perhipery and hope he will score more

I dont think foligno is what made Kassian available, I think getting the better player in Cody Hodgson was the reason Kassian was moved lol

Well, i think getting Hodgson was huge for the sabres; however, i think the sabres brass knowing that foligno was as developed as kassian made the deal easier.

Kassian > cody as early as the 2nd Half of this season.


Marcus is good, but not on the level of those 2, might be a better BBKLer though.

I sure hope you are right nick but everything ive seen from kassian (outside of two games with Vancouver) he has had Paul bisonette written all over him. I think he is just aweful. I've never been less excited about a canucks prospect ever.

I have to agree, i find Kassian fairly underwhelming
