I really did not want to trade nikitin. He hits everything for cheap. All in all i think this is super lateral. I dont think garrison comes close to what he did in Fla on such a deep Van team.

I think Kyle destroys this deal. Ott alone is worth more than everything Mike got and Garrison is sick. That being said mike is a smart fucking gm who knows what he's doing.

Love Ott, Liked what Nikitin did after being traded.
Liked Garrisons seasons but not his second half.
Fisher is solid but aging.

I told Kyle the reason I gave him a slight edge was because he gets his backup and completing the tandem is always a great thing to have.

Nothing wrong with this deal, Garrison do far is a one hit wonder. Let's see if he backs it up or if it's the Ville Leino signing of 2011.

Garrison was not a one hit wonder lol.... Only his offensive stats have been. At worst Garrison will put up solid perifs and D stats. Fun deal overall, I think it's fairly even here.

His offensive game was a bit of a surprise but with his shot anything can happen. Basically the guy can play, So yes I was extatic he signed in Vancouver.

tbh, i'd take garrison over wideman,,,,so he came a bit cheaper than i expected.
