Kinda see myself as the misfit toys, AKA Florida Panthers, of the BBKL. Amazing group of prospects with guys like Wolski, Mueller, Hecht, Montador holding down the fort until Dougie, Sven, Huberdeau and Grigs are ready. Although my prospect pool has taken a depth beating as of late.

Increasing max contracts is unlikely; haven't heard it a point of debate, rather more a reasonably upper limit to keep clubs in control.

Any change in cap will come with a scaling of contracts/hit or a buy out/re-negotiate period. Expecting the new CBA to fix OUR cap issues is short-shighted IMO.

How do people have trouble with roster maxs? Drop all the plugs.

I have a ton more plugs I can get rid of, just waiting it out for now. No point in keeping players that are AHL depth for NHL teams that may play 10 games over the next 5 years.

I got no cap issues, liked Lee's initial offer and wanted that waiver pick.

Understand it from both sides but like it for Nick moved a guy who has played 47 games over the last two years despite being talented for a great prospect in Jensen a good prospect in rask and potential for more with the pick.

I fall in love with my prospects. I know it's bad and I don't care. My weakest area is defense but My D has an average age of 26... so I'm not worries any time soon.

I have very few players over 30:
Erat - 60 pts + massive h2h stats
Montador - Nice stats but mostly there for cap
Savard - Cap
Hecht
Hagman - Signed in the KHL but no sense dropping him as we have 24 slots for uncontracted players and he only signed a 1 year deal
Trent Hunter and Marek Svatos - anyone want him for anything? Waiver fodder.
