I have just finished talking with Matt, I will be resigning as manager, but still plan to stay active in the community and post regulaurly. The neccesarry steps are being taken to find a replacement, I trust the CC and Admin team will find a great candidate.

In fairness to Kareem, perhaps we should spare the jabs. He wants to step down, that is well within his rights. He has been a valued GM in the BBKL since day 1 and if he feels like he doesn't want to be a GM any longer that choice is his to make.

im quite happy to see him off, but that doesn't change the fact that he's acting like a child. i hope these habits don't extend into real life scenarios or we'll have a 40 year old living in his parents basement on our hands.

You are honestly the most bipolar, moody individual I know. I don't know if your online persona is identical or similar to how you portray yourself in real life..but man, if it is, you need to grow the fuck up. How old are you again? early 20's?..well, you act like you're fucking 7 years old. For your sake, I really hope this act is just an online thing..and you're a solid human being in real life..otherwise, you have a lot of growing up to do. I don't want to preach or tell you what to do because it's your life. I'm just telling it like I see it.

If I were you, I'd take a step back..and read all your messages in the PIT/WSH thread. I'm pretty sure if a psychiatrist read those messages, they would diagnose you as being bipolar. Seriously - you went from being so cocky about your team, talking so much smack, guaranteeing things you have absolutely NO control over...to quitting the league because you MIGHT lose in the first round because of injuries and bad luck. I know you're not an idiot..so you must realize that fantasy sports in general, requires a good team and also a good amount of luck...not too different from real sports actually.

Anyways, I don't even know why I wrote so much. The more I think about it, the funnier I think this is. Good riddance if you're genuine about quitting. On the other hand, I wouldn't be surprised if you were back as a BBKL gm within a week...that's just the Kareem we all know and disrespect for his childish behaviours.
