Not necessarily upgrade. Toews: lateral or slight downgrade. Karlsson: probably a forward. I doubt there's much out there I'd do, but we'll see.

Still close to no interest in Toews and Karlsson. Added Dowell, who is waiver exempt - both he and Konopka could be had for futures (though I would prefer to package up).

Even Though Letang is injured he is not available.
