Need an Admin To Sticky this

From now on, at the bottom of every trade, please add hashtags. This will allow us to find exactly what we are looking for without the search results from regular forum posts. For Example:
To Team A

Sidney Crosby
2012 1st Rounder (PIT)

To Team B

Alexander Ovechkin
2012 1st Rounder (WSH)

#SidneyCrosby
#AlexanderOvechkin
#1stPIT2012
#1stWSH2012
NOTE:

1) All Hashtags for Players must be #FirstLast
2) All Hashtags for Picks must be #RoundTeamYear

Appreciate the idea, but this is something we'd need to talk about - not something to be unilaterally decided and immediately adapted.

We can't get people to format picks properly in any sort of set combination, I highly, highly doubt this will work.

The best method to deal with this problem. There's no real difference here other than adding another step to the process which people will simply avoid.

One option that Matt proposed earlier was simply copying and pasting assets from CBS into the the thread here.
