ZOMG so cool
Kareem your a C-Sucker for picking JT, not overly surprising though.
I really like this.

Also the breakdown of the Caps v. Lightning weeks 1-4 is (38-20-6) in favour of Washington.

I don't think it'll be here. The show his team put up last week would make for an embarrassing loss, and my team the two previous weeks would be embarrassing. Little, Okposo & Staal is just to much value in injured players for my team to handle. Unless his slump continues he'll be destroying me.

I'm missing Konopka, possibly Pitkanen, and Miller for at least one start. So it should even out by weeks end.

Ye... your injured players are in fact fine and off to good starts... whereas even more of my healthy ones are falling. fun fun. maybe week 21 this matchup will be worth watching.

Yet oddly enough, TBL is up by one on day 3 of the matchup. This one might be closer than originally thought.

He's also up one goalie game to none...Do more research before you make a post.

Fuck..I did my research. He is up a goalie game, but he is up a goalie game with really good stats. If you lose this, I will have the rope tied and ready for you. this will be the week that Halak starts to falter. Guarantee it.

If you did your research you would also know he has a back to back tomorrow meaning Mac likely gets a start, and the remaining two starts are against elite offensive teams. Furthermore, Nick is leading in a few stats that are unsustainable, namely FOW and Assists. Probably more, but I'm too lazy to check.

Okay, you win. I was just observing it is close. Nevermind. You already won, no need to play out the week. Just notify Nick that you have already defeated him, because he doesnt stand a chance. I am sure you would have made that same guarantee prior to Atlanta.

Hiller really did put on a clinic last night... the ducks were brutal but got 2 points because of him, but calling SJS not a power-house team is pretty silly Kareem... I believe its them and DET as the best teams since the lockout.
Its super lame for me that all 3 of Kareem's injured players are in fact fine... not even a missed game, unless you call Miller playing back-up missing a game.
Regarding leads that cannot be sustained:
- fow - Kareem's likely right, except that Richards hasn't even played yet, Sutter just finally put up a game that was typical for him last year... he plays again
- bs - my #1 bs d-man is down, but the category is up in the air
- GAA - of 1.88 is pretty solid, but I have too many goalie games left to be confident
- Shtoi - i believe this is a category I'll hold onto... my year #'s are low, but so are my GP
- SV% - Hiller is a strong sv% on his career, this is higher the avg but not unmentionable for a week... its just a matter of how bad curtis fucks it up
- W - baring something unexpected happening in buffalo, and given i have 2 more goalie games, this would make sense for me to keep
- Assists - we're very close on the year, and once again that's with me at a serious GP deficit, def a category that I
could win. But a Lead of 1 is not exactly safe, that we agree upon.
Tied:
- Pims - is tied... @ 4 LOL.. which ever one of us gets an instigator wins... i haven't had one yet this year
- SO - I had a SO in week 1 of the 2009 season and never again... you've never had one... i can see this staying tied.
- STpts - tied @3 ... I expect you to take it, but really wouldn't be a shocker if I managed to keep it competitive and even snag it.
You have currently own +/- which is a crap shot that both of our teams suck @ as well as GWG & PTS by 1 ... bounce here, bounce there and
Your SOG, G & HITS are not huge leads, but its early in the week and I expect your #'s to continue rising. Backes and Konopka in tonight will likely seen an improvement in all of those (and FOW)... maybe PIMS as well.. ugghh...could be an ugly one coming up

That is a fair assesment, but I don't think you stand a shot in hell in: goals, hits, and sog, when healthy and with my newest acquisitions I'm right up there with the best of them.
P.S. I never said SJS was not elite, not sure where you got that from.
