Hmmm, well Kareem needs some credit. While I was complaining about # of injuries and how light the hit of JT was, Kareem and Mike made a very real offers that didn't need any haggling (in my experience the best way to get a superstar). Shook deserves some blame, ditto with Cliff and Berg.

But really... the # of injuries + send downs + a few slow starts and I panicked.

I was in when it was bergeron + kadri. still like this for ya though nick, I just dont think I can take any credit. Then again I am head of the hate JT club and yet am one of the few that enjoys watching nyi go figure...

Once the idea of adding Kadri to my team entered my head... and having him join these new leafs at ~ 50 game mark... i was doomed...

aside from Neel all my advisors liked it, he said don't trade JT (he's probably right), Mike kinda advised the same, then made a bigger offer and of course Billy enters the convo a little too late with a truly legit offer.... stupid moral code.

JT is gonna score a lot of goals in the NHL over his career but so will Nino, Kadri & Seto.. you, IMHO, owned this deal Nick! Very well done..

My organizational depth is weaker as a result of this deal, but now my team is stronger, if you thought I was good before...Watch out.
