Not necessarily. Because you are in the weak conference you could make some changes and remain a top 2 team on that side. At least keeping your reign of terror a possibility.

altho i guess u gotta win this playoffs before worrying about the terror of the next.

well we will see, I believe 2 teams might be available. either way it shouldn't be anything to worry about, from my experience I find free leagues incredibly easy to find replacement GM's. Cash leagues like NHLDL is a different story.
the hard part is finding a GM that cares. I can always help out with that too.

Shep informed me that he is leaving after the season. The Flyers will need a new GM. It's likely that Oley takes over.

also, "rejected" is a strong word, it's just we could only pick one back then.

what team was Shep? I seen the rosters of a few teams, not sure which I like more. but there's no rush on any of this anyways. we can figure out which team Ill take once playoffs are completed

if I'm not mistaken there are at least 3 teams that very likely need new GMs

Shep ran the Whalers and later the Blues prior to taking over the Flyers from Lee.

Id prefer to take over a western team over Philly but if Philly is the team Im needed to take over I can live with it. just as long as MTL isnt being offered lol

what makes you more interested in the western conference? its a much tougher conference. all 8 of its playoff teams are ranked in the top 11 this season.
