Technically he still is. He's only played 16 games and hasn't established a full time role. And there are plenty of prospects that have broken out after 22.

With all due respect, I built a better team than 90 percent of the league from basically no assets and I left my team with my goal fulfilled and handed off to an excellent GM. I am also willing to wait as long as it takes for the opportunity to do it all again.
