That's just it....he needs to actually play or else he's useless on LTIR. Another concussion doesn't bode well for his long term viability.

I was surprised to see him play last night...thought he was going to be shelved for a while. He got another shot to the jaw like he did in Detroit when he was out close to a full year.

actually, as far as i know he got hit by a puck.. that guy has terrible luck.

hopefully he manages to stay healthy for at least one month.

With E.Cole to be traded (this deal was actually agreed on before the Cole to DET deal went done, but "pending physical" on his first game back tonight) and his low salary, he looked like a really good fit for my team for the upcoming playoffs.

He was hit in the face in the last week or so but he did play last night...scored a PPG and played 16:29. I don't remember him getting hurt again last night.
