but Lazar's from my hometown, is off to a hot start in the WHL, and projects to be an awesome h2her.
I've been trying to get him on my team since the draft.

Your pick being top 10 would be only if you actively attempted to get worst, which you sort of have so far, but not to any crazy extent, I definitely wasn't banking on it.
