I think cursive shows that its a title.

hm yeah i think im gonna stick with the leafs font --> i think it kinda adds a subconscious level of association between the leafs and the blog.

but lol nick there is indeed a level of subconscious association. I can find you psychological studies that prove a relation between font and brand association/ recognition.

You already have that font and the exact brand your suggesting a relation to on the banner.... you either mis-understood what you read or the implications of it.

kidding ... the idea I've been working on just isn't coming together the way I wanted it to. Oh well.

As far as what you have, I would make the Leafs logo just a little smaller so the text in the logo isn't cropped. Other than that it looks good.

dude i LOVE the background. its simple but AMAZING. Can you make the leaf in the back bigger? and contrast it a little bit more with the lighter blue? then i think we can use the Leafs font for the entire name of the blog. The leaf in the back is enough to make it about the leafs.
