http://www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/draft/nhl2015e.html

after 3 years 6 players yet to play 1 NHL game in 1st round

8 players in 1st round draft played one or more full season in NHL so far lol

im just saying prospects are prospect man. rebuild is fun in a way but at the same time reality hits u when only one out of 10 pan out and even then they may not make impact in h2h
Danault, Eakin, Hartman, and Beauvillier give me 4 young NHL talents with upside, so I really only need 8 more long-term. Assuming Vilardi, PLD, and Mictelstadt all make it, that means I just need 5 of the above list to make it, and that's without considering I have more picks this year and in future years.

As someone who lives in western Canada and has seen him play plenty of times, it makes sense he was passed on last year. I knew he was going to be picked this year (just cuz of all the lists), but it really blows my mind, because despite his scoring this year he is quite bad, imo.
Have you watched him play this year? By all accounts he has improved his skating, he also is top-end defensive player and FO man, and he led his team in scoring with 35 goals and 90 points.

I have. I catch quite a few WHL games. Not a fan.

Timothy, ur team management is the very definition and epitome of "random by feel", and "having no direction". U and i are more alike than you think. Dont try to dissociate with me when my hand is out to grab u tenderly. Its time to recognize that and join me in thirst, of never ending doom and hopelessness. We both love to panic and let valuations be fluttered like tiger butterflies to make deals that make no sense for us time to time. Come with me.
I was curious how you guys were doing in your draft, and saw this beautiful piece of literature and had to log in.

fluttered like tiger butterflies. Mother fucking tiger butterflies. I've said it before in the adhl, I would read Kimmer's daily blog if he ever had one.

And for the record I like Tim's prospect pool.

Can you elaborate? Genuinely curious as a guy who now owns him in both leagues and hasn't seen as much of him as you.

2012: 9/14 have played in the NHL only Girgensons, Anderson, and likely Schmatlz and Laughton project to be regulars
2013 7/16 have played in the NHL too early to tell on most but Saros and Spencer Martin look like good goalie picks
2014: 5/21 have played in the NHL Ehlers, Kapanen, Honka and Pastrank look good in the NHL, as do Demko, Donato, and Dougherty in the minors, Tyramakin has come and gone already haha
2015: 0/6 have played in the NHL but Timashov, Sandstrom, Bondra and Jaros all look like players at this point
2016: 0/9 have played in the NHL but Morrison, Allison, Hronek and Koivula look to be progressing well.
