I'm hesitant to even trade my prospects in a swap for another prospect. No way will I give up on the rebuild lol
just calling things as they are.. and this trade has nothing to do with it.
my post had nothing to do with this deal (or with the previous ones btw), and i don't even dislike it.
Not that it matters with what i was trying to tell you.
Fact is, you've not been doing the stuff required to GMs, and you have showed to not care about it enough. That's the reason you might find yourself out of the league, the warnings you got are called warning for removal for a reason.
You either get it or you don't.

This past November the BC Young Liberals kicked me out... does that mean I have to clear waivers too?

Re: MTL - BUF Deal
What have I not done? I'm keeping track of my cap and I've put my team in a position where I should be fine with Games Played. I didn't update my weekly roster because I haven't made any chances. I made trades this week, therefore I did submit the changes. I got a spread sheet to track my players cap and my lineup.kyuss wroteCOLONyou don't get? maybe read what i wrote and you will?Phion Keneuf wroteCOLONI don't get it, I want to tank, kyuss wroteCOLONdude, unless i've missed news today and/or you change your effort very soon, you'll have to give up on your rebuild for the simple reason you'll probably be ejected by the league in the next few weeks or even days.Phion Keneuf wroteCOLONHaha thanks, and ya I will.Nick wroteCOLONPhion, DO IT !!! you have some beast pieces and we need you to believe it in more than anybody else. I got the warning because I wasn't able to post my roster/cap due to having no computer and being on exams. I had 4 exams all on seperate days that week and started studying non stop 2 weeks in advanced. I fucked up by not doing it before hand, which I take full blame of, and I faced the consequences of a pick removal, which I paid.
I've been on this site every day mostly talking trade, I just don't post that often if you are also referring to my activity.
I also get every Direct Message and trade straight to my phone via email, so I stay up to date with trades and messages.
How have I not shown that I care? If I didn't care id be way under cap right now with no games played. I made trades to acquire goalies for goalies GP, acquired more roster players for GP, and have out my team over the cap. Not sure what you are making these false accusations based on other than those 2 weeks which I've already faced the consequences for.

The last one I got (other than the league announcement and trade offers) was Jan 22nd about the first roster submission with the cap and stuff, which I did, albeit late.

Re: MTL - BUF Deal
Eight PMs between January 18th and February 10th, telling you things such as:
andMike wroteCOLONYou need to submit your roster, it was due last night.
andMike wroteCOLONYou have NCAA players in your roster. Roster lock on CBS is a couple hours away. What's up???
andMike wroteCOLONI did it, simply as it would be unfair to other teams if your opponent were given a bye the first week.
You didn't know you had to set your roster? Really? How did you think it worked?
The CC will be looking over yours and others' lacking efforts. You will most likely receive an official warning for removal. Probably draft pick fines too.
Three of these warnings and you will be removed from the league.
We are still awaiting your roster submission in the thread I PM'd you earlier. Please read the instructions carefully. This isn't optional. If you don't want to do it we will find another person to manage the Sabres.
andMike wroteCOLONStill waiting on a complete submission. If you plan on doing so please emulate on of the examples early in the thread.
If you don't have time for this please let me know soon. We've already had one GM quit due to lack of time --- it happens --- but it's something better done sooner than later.
andMike wroteCOLONSo.. you haven't been updating roster, etc, didn't even complete original submission. What's up? Are you sure you want to stay in this league? Please tell me if you don't have time/the effort required.
Let's not pretend you haven't been given fair warning here. Do you understand that a lot of effort goes into running a league like this? Not obeying the rules is burdensome, inconsiderate, and frankly rude. You're running low on strikes, and I'm running low on patience.Mike wroteCOLONYour lack of activity is unacceptable by the way. It creates a whole lot of work for me, the other admins, and the CC.

I know I did, and I've started doing that stuff.

Re: MTL - BUF Deal
Phion I am going to help you out. Please understand this clearly or trust me you will be kicked out. Poor due process/tracking your team/filing etc. is a terrible way to get kicked out of the best fantasy hockey league.
1. Every Monday - BEFORE the start of the FIRST hockey game on that day, you need to submit your starting roster, your roster moves, your trades of the past week, your new cap hit etc. You must submit this in the thread: Transactions > Day-to-Day Roster Moves. An example of my roster submission is here: http://bbkl.ca/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=8784#p118713
2. If you have a player who is WAIVER ELIGIBLE, and you send him down to your minors, he must clear waivers. You need to put said player on waiver on this thread: http://bbkl.ca/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=8687
3. The same roster that you submitted on bbkl.ca in #1, you must submit on CBS.
4. KEEP A SPREADSHEET - on your comp, on google docs, wherever. I CANNOT STRESS HOW IMPORTANT THIS IS. Using just CBS is the best/fastest way to get kicked out of BBKL as there are many things inaccurate on CBS. I.e. I have Alexei Kovalev who is listed as 1.0M in salary but he is actually 1.45M according to CapGeek.com.
What Details should your spreadsheet have?
A. Your Active Roster - Cs, Ws, Ds, Gs, Extras + Total Cap Spent, Total Cap Space vs. Cap Ceiling/Floor so that you ALWAYS know where you stand with cap.
B. Your players in the minors, your picks, your prospects etc.
C. Plans for your Active Roster after you make a trade. Before I make every trade, I map it out on my spreadsheet to make sure I don't go over or under.
Do you need a spreadsheet? Ask Kareem - he has an excellent template I believe. If not, I can send you mine/any other GM will as well.
These are the basics - do these efficiently, track your assets, submit your moves and you will be fine. If you have any questions, ask any of the experienced GMs and everyone is happy to help. But ignorance is not an excuse.

Phion, I'll do your entire spreadsheet for 2013 1st round pick.
