I've been close to drafting Burdasov in the Waiver draft for a few years now, a sort of back-up plan that never materialized. Hopefully he won't stick around in the NHL
(sorry shep, would be frustrating lol)

Only need a contract if under a certain age, otherwise free game as long as they aren't owned.
