Usually that's done post-draft...we make a list of all our picks and they're done team-by-team as you post them.

Think it would be best to skip asking people for their draft place holders. It's too much work for some. Create a spreadsheet, sort by team name and start adding.

I would not be opposed to using some later round picks to move up a bit.
