Just do it, anton

I thought just like you before I did mine. I was like "goddamn what are these mike + mothrfukrers makin me do now i already have a goddamn google doc spreadsheet" and dreaded. However I found out once I got the concept of this template, it was rather amusing and fun! I even got to take self lesson on some cool new excel functions I've never used (mike's a smart dude)

I found myself often giggling like a school girl purely due to amusement whenever I inputted certain role value (c1 w1 d3 etc) to see the corresponding player that I've labeled as C1 AUTOMATICALLY POPS UP IN THE appropriate lineup cell adjacent to the roster list ever so conveniently already inputted by mike + co

whole process took no longer than 15 minutes cuz I had to also update some of my roster due to trading the last 2 weeks.

so ya, imagine typing 'W3' beside Jonathan Drounin's name, and then see it pop up on line 2 left wing slot BAM

I had actually written that sequencing in a PM to another GM. Removed his players name and put my own, but I can def see how that could have come off in a chest-beating mindset. However I did list Kules as my first winger... LOL

Are supposed to be able to view the teams from that directory link? Some teams have provided links to their spreadsheets and those links work fine.

Also, you might want to double-check your salaries because some might be a little off since they you have round to them to the nearing 1000 to work on CBS.

im just playing around with it now for the first time.

this is unreal, so easy and simple to use...

many thanks Mike. One thing on my roster. The trade between Boston and I isn't reflected in those spreadsheets. Can I just take Tarasenko out myself and add in the guys I got?

Yes, works for me when not logged in.

Yep. I encourage everyone to double check their salaries.
Mike wroteCOLONsome of these errors are due to the data sources I've used having different names (ie Mike for Michael, PA for P.A.), salaries are taken from CBS so any that aren't resolved down to a whole $1,000 are rounded.

Yeah of course, this data is nowhere near perfect. It will require your updates with every move.

Note to all: don't type anything in either the "waivers?" or "warning" columns. Once you input GP totals and dates of birth it will happen automatically.

When placing a player on LTIR to start season, is it automatically 4 weeks or date of injury?

not to start the season if the injury was from last season; if it's a pre-season injury and you want/need exemption - and place on LTIR - than yes.
