Damn you, Casper but nice use of the back to back. Grabs the two best available goalies.

Yeah I was between Dube and Parsons, but figures Parsons would slip before Dube.

I needed some goalie specs in my system badly. Had both in my top 50. Easy picks to make.

Solid pick up Matt

That was my reach pick was going to wait one pick longer, but figured someone would buy the hype he had going into the season. Hopefully Sokolov puts it all together since he could be very good if he becomes more dedicated.

Fox and Sokolov probably went a bit too high, but the appeal is easy to see.

Yeah, I knew they were long shots, but outside the top 40 picks I believe in going for players with high offensive ceilings even if they are more likely to bust.

Agree on Sokolov, complete boom bust pick for me, but picked up all those extra picks from Steve so figured why not. I think he probably goes somewhere in the 3rd, but he could easily slip since he also didn't have a great combine. If he scores 50 next year his stock will go back up.

Fox is one of a bunch of D in this draft that are good offensively but are on the smallish side. NHL seems to be opening up more to this type of player so it will be interesting to see where all these D go since I think in past years they would go much later.

Agreed. It's more or less pick your flavor and beyond the first 2 tier of d in this draft it's not a great draft for defenders. Choices become big projects like Stanley, moderate floor low ceiling choices like Hajek, or any number of small defenders that offense is way ahead of their defense.
