Are we doing any sort of "night time rules" with the pick clock? Luke's turn started at 3:51 a.m...would he have until 3:51 p.m. (12 hours) or is there a dead period for late night/early morning hours? Or do we just go straight through regardless of day of time? I'm not picking on Luke but I just want to know in general...
