Haha thanks, and ya I will.
I'm hesitant to even trade my prospects in a swap for another prospect. No way will I give up on the rebuild lol
dude, unless i've missed news today and/or you change your effort very soon, you'll have to give up on your rebuild for the simple reason you'll probably be ejected by the league in the next few weeks or even days.
just calling things as they are.. and this trade has nothing to do with it.
I don't get it, I want to tank, Everyone knows that everyone on my roster is available, I'm going to take the best offer available for certain players I want to trade. And this happened to be the best offer I received for Martin. Same with my other deals in the past.
You don't have to like my deals, all that matters is what I think about them. I am confident that I can improve this team in a couple years. I have 12 1st rounders in the next 2 drafts and a solid prospect pool

Just make sure you're keeping your roster legal, and updating the required threads to demonstrate that. A spreadsheet would go a long way in helping your planning.

Ya... lol ftr, shiv you're on my no trade list from now on. Why? you make too many emotionally-based claims to defamate people's characters, and let me be selfish here for a second, I was involved in wrecking my own team? lol... too inaccurate and dumbfounded for me to go on any further. Why did it make you mad enough about the "60 offers for Martin" joke to say that I ruined my team upon taking it over?
look at threads like this:
http://bbkl.ca/viewtopic.php?p=32021#p32021
and tell me that you yourself aren't the one just as much involved in taking advantage of aiding in GM's road to 'team wreckage'
Look at yourself in the mirror and down at your penis, and then proceed to attempt at sucking it.
If there are bad deals I made in the past due to my lack of experience (and of course I admit to making quite a few in the past), it was mostly with you. To always see you go on these tirades and poking out questions of character/ability of other GM's using excuses such as "worrying about the league's competitiveness" gets old quick, but nobody in BBKL nowadays have any interest nor fire in their heart to deal with you anymore. So far I haven't seen myself wanting to think about quitting this league as opposed to your one resignation past year. Learn to be more consistent in your claims and words you speak. I'll keep it at that and speak no further.

Own up to the bad decisions you've made. No one has held a gun to your head in any negotiation. It was a bad trade then and it's terrible now.

I did, Lee... I admit to ALL of the bad deals I made to be my fault. You clearly kinda skimmed through my post, you damned troll
My only point is that shiv himself is no stranger to raping new/inexperienced/high GM's and then stands tall months later to call them out on them being incompetent. Of course new GM's will get raped time to time. However, what does it say about his sportsmanship/quality as a person?

Wait wait wait. I am responsible for you making a bad trade? You recall you had Corey Perry/Jeff Carter when you took over the Canes right? No on destroyed your team except yourself. You are the one getting emotional my friend. I was just honest about you destroying your own team.

Sorry last post.
1) No, I did not have Perry/Carter when I took over
2) Best assets I had were Josh Bailey, David Perron FRESH off his concussion diagnosis, and no first round picks in years 2011-2012-2013, and lastly, no starting goalie nor a tandem-worthy piece.
How can I even have conversations with a guy who knows no facts about the one he wants to defamate... sad
Yours,
end

easy - seriously time to step away from this thread
No tenured GM should feel the need to defend their trades. For discussion purposes sure, but not in a threatened manner.

I'm just messing with Paul. I traded Logan Couture for a sack of magic beans. I have no room to talk
