I don't know why you had to bump this...but damn, it looks really bad for Shiv now. I seem to remember talking to him about trading Giroux at the trade and I was really hesitant to say do it because he was once the cusp of exploding. I didn't know he'd be this good though. Any deal for Giroux if it was made a year or two ago is going to look awful now because how many had him slated to be a top 3 scorer?

I bumped this because I was looking for stuff on Giroux. What I found retarded was the whole Kadri thing -- couldn't care less what Shiv got for Giroux. It's just the stunning rationalization in this thread with regards to Kadri.

You can bump any trade thread in hindsight.

Well, you know how much I dislike Kadri's potential -- though good -- so it's not really hindsight per se...
