Yet he was a FA last night and i picked him up on CBS as well as did a search by full name and last name with no returns. Maybe a spelling mistake that has been corrected? I dont get that, If a player is a FA on CBS and people cannot maintain there own rosters why do they get the benefit of the doubt? If he was a FA on CBS after 10 weeks, he is a FA.

So is that an official ruling?

And if so, what about Andrew Crescenzi? I literally cannot pick him up, and none of the admins have been able to add him to my team.

Actually, it will be said that BBKL is the main tracker and CBS secondary. So it is not reliable to use the FA list on CBS as a tool to find players. I just think it is bush that this far into the year people do not notice players on there CBS roster missing and that is just peachy

Preaching to the choir. I have a list of about 5 people I was going to pick up, just from a quick search. Give me the word and I'll start posting names claimed by Philadelphia :D

When you put in a claim on CBS, it has to be approved by an admin. He is not on my team so i assume that an admin put him on NYR, even though he was a FA after 10 weeks that i tried to claim...

Edit: bug on CBS, not FA.

Something has to be fucked up because when i look on FA list on CBS Rakhshani shows up still even though he is listed on NYR roster. That is conflicting. Guess i cant use CBS for searches like that with much confidence if bugs like this can happen. This must be a prime example of why BBKL is main tracker. Im catching on now...

That's because the Rakhshani on his roster is a placeholder, you can tell because the owned is NA

Oh, i gotcha now. So is anyone with an NA on an active roster a placeholder and sometimes people are added so they are in there twice?

Well not in there twice.. The placeholder is just that until the real player is added to CBS... In which case the person who owns the place holder needs to add that person, then presumable the placeholder gets removed.

I wasn't aware of this, the fact that I had to add the placeholder to my team. Sorry for the confusion there Kyle :P

Boston Bruins would like to sign FA Adam Cracknell. He will be assigned to Providence and is waiver exempt.

San Jose Sharks would like to Claim Jason Akeson of the Kitchener Rangers.
He will be 21 and illegible for the next entry draft, and to my knowledge isn't eligible as an OHLer for the waiver draft.
If I'm wrong my mistake, but otherwise I need a CBS placeholder for him as well.
