I made the mistake of not taking the time to check the wire at the beginning of the week so these players went on waivers properly...you can argue that neither claim was valid. No other teams put in a claim and since they both did, I gave them the choice to claim these players since that was their original intention.

If it was done "correctly" so to speak, he'd have received Eager anyways. Joke or not, that isn't why he isn't landing Eager.
